Piecekeeper Bag Class – ByAnnie Pattern
Description:
Keep your quilt projects organized in style! In this class, students will create a structured and stylish zippered Piecekeeper Bag—perfect for holding quilt blocks, pattern pieces, works-in-progress, or all those “I’ll finish this soon” projects in one tidy place.
While making your bag, you’ll build confidence with essential ByAnnie techniques that carry over into many future bag-making projects. This class is ideal for confident beginners ready to expand their bag-making skills in a supportive, step-by-step environment. You’ll leave with a finished bag and the confidence to tackle even more ByAnnie patterns.
What You’ll Learn:
-
How to read and confidently follow a ByAnnie pattern
-
How to take the mystery (and fear!) out of zipper installation
-
How to sew with ByAnnie Soft and Stable for structure and durability
-
How to use a stiletto effectively when sewing zippers and binding
-
How to make and attach bias binding from a fat quarter
Supply List:
The supply list will be provided when students register for class and is available prior to registration upon request. It includes all items needed for class.
Class Prep:
Most of our classes include some class prep completed at home before class. To make the most out of your experience, we appreciate if you come ready so we can jump right into sewing together.
